1) HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER YOUR WATCHES ARE AUTHENTIC?
All the items we buy and sell have undergone a multi-point evaluation and testing process under our strict authentication procedure. If necessary, we welcome any further authentication requests prior to purchasing and at the buyer’s request.
2) CAN YOU SOURCE A SPECIFIC WATCH FOR ME?
Yes, Provide us with the brand, model, reference number, and colour of your choice via our online customer assistance or by visiting our boutique.
3) WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Cash, PayNow, Bank Transfer, and Credit Cards payments (corresponding fees apply).
4) DO YOU OFFER INSTALLMENT FINANCING?
Customers can make Installment Payment Plans (IPP) over 12 months by using their uob Credit Cards. However, please do note the 5.5% surcharge per item transaction.

If the watch sold by Watch playboy does not come with a manufacturer’s warranty for a minimum period of 6 months, we will provide the 6 months of in-house warranty. Please reach out to us soonest should your watch show any issues.

Make sure the clasp, buckle and crown work. Train your eye by researching and inspecting real watches. If you can’t tell if it’s fake or don’t trust the source, bring the watch to a corporate service center to be checked.
